“What can I say about Jonathan? Only that he managed to help me during one of the most difficult periods of my life as I was ending a 35 year two pack a day cigarette addiction. I suffered a severe weight gain of which I have lost ALL of the weight and recently just got a major compliment from someone who said that I am now looking as I did when they first met me eleven years ago. Clearly I have Jonathan to thank for that!! I have been training every week with Jonathan for the last five years and I honestly don't know what would have happened to me had I not found him when I did. Anyone looking for a personal trainer with the necessary tools and encouraging supportive demeanor need look no further. I am a person who tends to be hypercritical and self judgemental and Jonathan has promoted a degree of confidence that would have been thought previously impossible. I am now able to do things that I never thought that I would be able to do under different circumstances and recognize this. Clearly his method works as long as one remains consistent with it which is actually easy to do as the time with him ALWAYS goes by all too quickly.
